What’s for dinner? Put it to a vote.

The question isn’t hard because there’s nothing to cook. It’s hard because one person ends up deciding every night. Recipeasy asks everyone at once and keeps it to three choices.

How it works

Invite the household

Partners, flatmates, kids old enough for email. Everyone gets their own vote.

01

Three options at breakfast

Sent at the time you choose, from the recipes your household has saved.

02

One tap to vote

Vote straight from the email, with no app to open. Split votes get a nudge before the cutoff.

03

Dinner’s decided

At the cutoff the winner is locked in and whoever’s shopping gets the list.

04

Common questions

Does everyone need an account?

Yes. Each person joins from an email invite so their vote counts. It takes a minute.

What happens if the vote is tied?

The option that got its votes first wins, so voting early pays off.

Can we change dinner after the vote?

Yes. You can swap the main or add sides once dinner is decided.

Does it work for flatmates?

Yes. A household is whoever eats together, and each person chooses whether they get the morning email.

Is it free?

Yes. There are no plans or payments. If that ever changes, we’ll tell you first and won’t charge you without your agreement.
